Staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and polite.Fast access to metro station.Close to Bar Street night scene.Overall experience.

Wifi in the room was a bit slow and spotty.The restaurants and room service were outrageously expensive.

Very good business hotel with well trained staff who spoke quite good English. Large very well equipped warm room with very comfortable bed. Very good breakfast. Will stay again.

Nothing to mention

The location of the hotel was super convenient, being only a short walk away from the subway station. There were also a lot of restaurants and a convenience store within walking distance. The room was superb and we had a really comfortable stay. We also had a nice view of the city. The breakfast buffet was spectacular with options for everyone. I would stay here again if I travel to Beijing again.

The room was ok in terms of size the bathroom was nice as well. Furthermore, the location was good. checking in process was smooth and they were polite. Lobby was nice as well there is plenty of room so you can go and chill

The cleaning staff arent cleaning much they arrange only they dont vacume the foor, the staff were nice enough however they dont speak english so comunication was super difficult at times. the staff did not take our suitcases to the room until we asked. breakfast was not diverse. they did not have fresh orang juice nor filtered coffee. the Corridor smilled like cigarettes or bad most of the time however inside the room there was no smill.

Beds were comfy, the toilets were well furnished and location was quite convenient. Everything was generally spotlessly clean. Staff were polite. It is a solid hotel.

On the first day, there was unfortunately a piece of used tissue on the floor of my hotel room. I believe this was an accident/ mistake on the part of the cleaning staff as the room was otherwise spotlessly clean and this was an isolated incident.

The location was decent. They speak English. The food was delicious.

As the hotel is conveniently connected next to a large intersection you can hear some background traffic noises from outside. If you're used to city life however it isn't that much of a bother and i slept very well regardless

Close to train station, good facilities, spacious and clean

The toilet drainage is not able to drain the water during bath so it flow out to the bathroom

Totally upgraded since I was last here in 2019, rooms very comfortable, great position near underground subway. Restaurant for dinner excellent, staff always at hand to help. Would highly recommend.

Location is great, there is a subway station just outside the hotel so easy access to all of Beijing via subway. There is a row of shops and restaurants near the hotel which is perfect, including a seven eleven. The staff were polite and welcoming, we arrived early and were ready to wait for our room, but the staff said it was no problem and we could access our room immediately. We ate in the restaurant on a few occasions and again the staff went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our meal.

Besides the spacious and clean rooms, great facilities such as pool and restaurants, I should specifically mention the generous staff gestures: free chocolate gift, or free cup of americano. The location of the hotel is the most appropriate for one who is visiting Beijing for cultural attractions: the subway is just downstairs of the hotel, and you can easily find a taxi outside.

It would be just exceptional if the hotel had its own spa center.

Modern clean room and spacious.

Strong smell of cigarette smoke in the room, we had to keep the toilet lights/extraction fan on to try and curb this. There is a no smoking mandate in hotels in Beijing so this should not be happening that we have to deal with encroaching smoke from other rooms, front reception didn't seem bothered when we told them.

The location is great and close to most major attractions. Best part is it's proximity to the subway. The breakfast selection is also amazing. Would highly recommend staying here for first timers too.

Very clean large room, comfortable bed and the metro station is 60 seconds from the front entrance.

Persistent smell of tobacco smoke coming from adjoining rooms/AC into the bedroom, this despite goverment regulations mandating no smoking in Beijing hotel rooms... front desk offered no explanation and didn't really seem bothered by this.

The hotel is clean and modern, rooms seem to have been updated recently. They have pretty good views of the surrounding area and the beds are comfortable.

Some of the issues I had with this particular hotel are issues with most hotels in China, and it might be difficult for the hotel to address them, and they are likely beyond the control of good managers. One issue is that even though the hotel is "1 min from the subway" you have to walk across a parking area and through a 1.5-metre-wide gate to get to the back of the subway station. The whole design seems to privilege the three or four cars per hour that come to the hotel, and not the dozens of pedestrians but that's fairly typical of Beijing urban design. Another issue is smoking in the rooms. The guest below me quickly filled my room with smoke at midnight by smoking in their bathroom and blowing it up trough the vent. A manager was able to move me to the adjacent room, but I got the sense that this is a thing that happens all the time (despite government signs telling you not to smoke).
